After completing the application, please mail, email or fax your application to the Grace-Bankview House Senior Citizens Residence Society, for Management review.Before we can place your name on the waiting list we must have a personal interview.Before a lease agreement can be signed, the following steps must be taken:1.The Notice of Assessment must be included with your completed application in order to determine your rent subsidy.2.We highly recommend you have a Tenant’s Insurance Package, which includes liability.3.Applicants must be on hand to sign the lease and ready to occupy the suite.4.Keys will not be issued, and nothing can be moved into a suite until the lease is signed.5.Appointments for signing the lease will only be made during regularly scheduled office hours. Bankview House is open Monday and Wednesday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and Grace Lutheran Manor is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.6.You are required to have personal will in place and provide us with the executor’s contact information.7.Move-ins can only be scheduled during caretaker’s work hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.8.You will be asked for a doctor’s certificate relating to one’s ability to live independently.9.These are NON-SMOKING BUILDING.
