Our online application process is quick and easy to use. Please note the following: a. You may partially complete your application and save it to return later and complete it and then submit. b. All items with an asterisk * must be filled in before you can proceed to the next item. c. If you wish to save a copy of your application, click on “Preview PDF” at the end of Part B. This will take you to a copy of your completed form. You can save it by clicking on the down arrow in the top right-hand corner. You can return to your online application by clicking on “Back to form” in the top left-hand corner. d. After submitting your information, you will see a confirmation message that your application has been submitted successfully. e. Once you complete filling out this form and click the submit button your application will automatically be sent to our Management team. 2. Our Fillable and Printable form, allows you to download and fill the form directly or print the form out and fill it out manually. a. The Fillable form can be downloaded, then filled out, saved on your computer, and then once completed sent to us via email to: grace-bankviewhouse@shaw.ca b.
